Appointment Reservations
Your appointment is exclusively reserved for you. A credit card is required to secure your booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 6 hours' notice to avoid being charged the full service fee.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees
Waxing Services: Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 6 hours' notice will incur a charge of the full service cost.
Laser Services: Cancellations made with less than 6 hours' notice will result in a charge of the full treatment cost or the forfeiture of one session from your package.
No Call/No Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service cost and forfeit any deposits.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Arriving late may reduce the time allocated for your service, and we will need to conclude your appointment on schedule to accommodate the next guest.
Child Policy

To ensure the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that children under 12 do not accompany you during your visit. Please make alternative childcare arrangements.
Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals with contraindications that may pose risks to themselves or our technicians, habitual latecomers, those with a history of late cancellations, or anyone exhibiting disrespectful behavior toward our staff.
Parental Consent

All customers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
